Set GLiNER as the library

Hello!

First of all, congratulations on the release!
As for this PR: I want to mention that although GLiNER is not currently one of the libraries visible in this UI...

... I did actually integrate it somewhat with HF中国镜像站. In particular, you can find all gliner-tagged models here: https://huggingface.co/models?library=gliner
And each of these model has a nice "Use this model" button in the top right with a gliner-specific usage snippet, e.g.: https://huggingface.co/urchade/gliner_multi-v2.1?library=gliner

This model will also get that widget if this model gets tagged as `gliner`.
